In a regulatory compliance effort, Pivot partnered with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to assess the structural integrity and management practices of a tailings storage facility. Conducted between 2023 and April 2024, this project involved a thorough geotechnical review, safety inspections, and an environmental impact evaluation.
Our team provided a detailed audit report that included assessments of the facility’s design, monitoring systems, and potential environmental risks. The findings helped the EPA enforce best practices and regulatory measures to ensure the safe management of tailings storage facilities across the mining sector.
